*High Season, Weekends and Bank Holidays - Please note that single occupancy bookings at weekends and in high season may not always be accepted.
Weekends: - please note that we usually require a minimum 2 nights stay.
Bank Holiday Weekends: - please note that we normally require a minimum 3 nights stay.
Booking - Enquiries by e-mail are always welcome, however we recommend you make reservations by phone as availability can change rapidly. We require a cheque deposit of 50% of the total amount to confirm a booking.
Check In/Out - For the convenience of incoming guests we require rooms to be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Whilst you are staying at High Croft we hope you will feel at home. As it is our home, sometimes we may be out so we would be grateful if you could advise us of your anticipated arrival time at least two days before your stay. Rooms will be available for incoming guests from 4.00 pm on day of arrival - please note that it may be possible to accommodate an earlier check in by prior arrangement.
No Smoking - By popular request and in the interest of comfort and safety of our guests we operate a "No Smoking" policy throughout the house. Should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to leave and charged in full for your entire stay.
Pets - We welcome well behaved dogs, however in consideration for all our guests we do ask that owners please be kind enough to keep their dogs on a lead whilst in the house and gardens and towel-dry wet paws and coat before entering the house. There are many superb walks directly from the front door however, for convenience sake (excuse the pun) there is a large 4 acre field next to High Croft for that early morning and late evening walk!!
